Within 48 hours of purchasing, you will receive an invitation from Wix for a website transfer. You must accept it within 3 days or the invitation expires. After that, you're ready to start editing!

Once you decide on a template you'll go through the checkout form and select "Template + Editing". You will receive a link to a content and information form that you will fill out, and upload any photos you would like to use on your website. After you submit the form, I will edit your new website and send a feedback link for you to review. The Template + Editing package includes one round of revisions. Once the website is approved by you, I will transfer the site over to your Wix account where you will then set up your hosting plan and connect your domain name.

After you submit your website information form I will begin edits on your new site and send over a feedback link for you to review within 1 week of form submission. One round of revisions is included in the template purchase. After the edits are approved by you, I will either transfer over the website to your Wix account and you will set up the hosting and domain name. Or, if you choose the Hosting & Domain add on, I will set those things up for you before transferring the site to your Wix account.

Yes. If you have an existing Wix account that you would like to use, enter the email address registered with the account at checkout. If you do not have a Wix account, you will need to create one prior to purchasing a template. It's free to sign up. Whichever email address you use to register your Wix account, that is the email address I will need to send your website transfer invitation.

Yes! As a web designer, I've built sites on a variety of different platforms over the years and I've landed on Wix as my favorite for both my own website as well as all of my clients. The dashboard is extremely user friendly and Wix offers TONS of options when it comes to your digital marketing, plus access to an entire library of third party apps that integrate well with Wix.

Once your website is on your Wix dashboard, you have all the time you need to edit and perfect it before launching it online. You will need to purchase a domain name to link to your new website. Or you can link an existing one. You will also need to purchase a hosting plan. This price will vary, dependent on the plan you choose and if you pay monthly vs. annually. I recommend the Unlimited plan for sites without e-commerce. It's $29 a month or $264 annually (which breaks down to $22/mo). (as of May 2023)

Yes! All of the templates come pre-designed with mobile optimized layouts. Please keep in mind that rearranging content can impact the mobile layout. To check and adjust the layout, click the phone icon in the upper left of your toolbar when you're in edit mode.

Due to the digital nature of the product, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges for any of the website templates.

I do not offer ongoing support but if you are absolutely stuck on something and need guidance, you can email your question to hello@liquiadesign.com and I will get back to you within 24 - 48 hours.

The branding consultation is a one hour zoom or phone call where we walk through your messaging and define your branding. This is for the person who might need a little extra help discovering the best way to portray their business online and optimize the content on their website. The consultation concludes with me sending you an outline with suggested messaging and branding details within 48 hours of the consultation. If purchasing a template DIY style, you will need to implement the proposed branding. If you purchased the template + editing by me, I will implement the branding and messaging determined from the consult.

I highly recommend that every business register with Google. It helps with SEO, and organic and local searches.

For your website to be live online you need to connect a domain name (i.e. your website's address) and hosting (kind of like a mortgage payment for your website, you're paying for it to live on the internet). You can set up your hosting plan and domain yourself, or you can choose it as an add on to your template purchase and I will handle the set up for you. **Please note that this add on is for set up only, the actual cost of the domain name and hosting plan are not included in the add on price.
